  • Visual Variations: Please note that due to variations in digital displays and screen resolutions, the actual color or texture of the premium fabrics may differ slightly from what you see on your device. Such slight variations do not qualify as a "wrong item" under our return policy.

By completing a purchase with Browntots, the customer legally agrees to all our operational policies, including our strict 3-Day Return Policy (applicable only for damaged/wrong items) and our No-Exchange Policy. Once the product leaves our facility, the physical transit is governed by the terms of our delivery partners.
